What is the standard shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping within the continental United States usually arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent audio repairs.
Do Eminence speakers come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our speakers are backed by a 7-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by overpowering, physical abuse, or improper installation.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Once a speaker has been mounted or soldered, it is no longer eligible for a standard return due to safety and quality control standards. Restocking fees may apply to certain returns.
Do I need to 'break in' my new speakers?
While our speakers are ready to use out of the box, many audiophiles prefer a break-in period. We recommend playing music at a moderate volume for 15-20 hours to allow the suspension and spider to reach their optimal flexibility for the best frequency response.
