At Eminence Speaker, we stand by the quality of our audio engineering and offer a 30-day return window for products in original, resalable condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your sound experience, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the speaker or component in its original factory packaging with all included documentation and mounting hardware to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
